2. Booking and Payments 2.1 Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

2.2 Payment Terms:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid by the specified deadline.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other options as specified on our website.

2.3 Late Payments:

• Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds 3.1 Customer Cancellations:

• Refunds are at the discretion of the Refund Manager, who will issue refunds only for cancellations due to reasonable and justifiable reasons.

3.2 Cancellations by Pleiades Travel:

• We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.3 Non-Refundable Services:

• Certain services, such as flights or hotel reservations, may be non-refundable. These terms will be communicated during the booking process.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements 4.1 Passports and Visas:

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, required visas, and any other travel documentation.

4.2 Health and Safety Requirements:

• Ensure you meet all health and vaccination requirements for your destination.

5. Liability and Disclaimer 5.1 Third-Party Services:

• We act as an intermediary for third-party providers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of these providers.

5.2 Force Majeure:

• Pleiades Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, damages, or losses due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 No Responsibility for Damages:

• Pleiades Travel assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or additional costs incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances during your trip.

5.4 Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
